Great holiday. Our main priority was access to the beach and pool without steps for someone with very limited mobility and this villa suited us perfectly. The pool and grounds were very well maintained and attractive. Having three good tavernas within walking distance was a great bonus. The gently sloping beach is extremely safe and would be absolutely great for kids. Description was accurate but it would be kinder to let people know just how steep the drive is - it is a real challenge in an underpowered hire car. We didnt have a major problem but had to get passengers to get out of the car to get up the drive on occasion. An elderly or less confident driver could have real problems.

Fantastic holiday due to the property being in a superb location which was ideal with 3 Grandchildren as we could let them run straight from the garden onto the safe beach. Property was ideal not cramped and big pool. It was a wonderful holiday again with Agni. Fabulous property in superb location.

The Beach House provided us with a perfect stay in Kalamaki. It was our young childrens first holiday overseas and we wanted to find somewhere they had room to play could get to the sea easily learn to swim and be safe while we relaxed. We got all of that. The children adored the pool and both learned to swim in just five days. Outdoor living is facilitated by the outdoor kitchen though we found we had to eat very quickly or leave some lemonade or a piece of bait meat out to distract the wasps (The wasps arent aggressive but not fun to have ten of them flying around your plate) If we come to Corfu again we would not stay anywhere else. The views from the balcony and garden are spectacular you can see the Albanian mountains across the beautiful blue Ionian sea. We saw shooting stars at night and whilst in the pool (which is lit at night) it was amazing to see tiny bats and swallows swooping in for a drink on the fly. Local restaurants are quite pricey we found- we spent between 45-70 euros (two adults two children) every time but the service is always great and we had lots of the vegetarian and fish dishes (tarama bourdeta souvlaki courgette balls etc). Im ashamed to say we learned no greek as everyone is at least bilingual There is a great little ice cream parlour about a mile or two up the main road from the villa (come out of the drive and turn right) called Ice Dream- give that a visit beautiful home made ice creams and much cheaper than here in England. If you want lunch or dinner on the beach Dimakos is pretty good and is one minutes walk to your left as you leave the garden gate to the beach. If youre staying at the Beach House I am completely jealous- it really is a lovely holiday home and we will definitely come again some day. The photos are exactly accurate as was the description online.

The most stunning location imaginable - blue sea and mountain views. Being right on the beach made for a dream holiday. With independent 8 year old's and a fair skinned 2 year old we were able to pop back and forward between beach and pool (gorgeous toddler pool perfect) all day with no drama of packing huge beach bags and herding everyone into cars. And early mornings and early evenings we had the beach almost to ourselves. The water is warm clear beautiful and safe for everyone to swim/paddle in. Ice creams cold drinks are a short shuffle along the sand and beach tavernas great for dinner. Cant wait to return.

Wonderful gorgeous villa This is our second booking with Agni our first was in Kefalonia. Would not hesitate using this company again. The description was spot on if not better Just walked through the garden gate onto the beach. The villa and garden were beautiful. Three tavernas nearby and you can get a taxi for 10 euros to Kassopi for a bit more life in the evenings will definitely return someday but will be looking for other locations with Agni next year.

We have had a fantastic holiday and as we wanted it to be relaxing we couldn't have asked for more. The villa is in a fantastic location right on a lovely clean beach and safe sea. The tavernas in the area are simply delightful and the Greek people are so friendly and helpful. 6 mature ladies all had a fantastic time with no pitfalls. All were very happy with everything. We have stayed in the Beach House for the second time and we will definitely go there next year. Its a great place especially for a family with small kids. It offers you a shallow swimming pool and warm shallow sea. The property is very nice with stunning views on Albania. We have enjoyed breakfasts and barbecues in the garden. There are also great tavernas on the beach.

We had a wonderful relaxing week at the Beach House and the owners were most pleasant and helpful responding to any issues immediately. There was plenty of room for our party and the garden was ideal for our 3yr-old. All Information from Agni was very good and comprehensive. Already thinking about returning to Corfu
