We visit Katelios every year and always stay in Agni villas. Our favourite wasna€™t available this year so we booked Villa Semeli. Great location and within easy walking distance to the beach and tavernas. Beautifully maintained with gorgeous plants and flowers in the grounds. Lovely pool and patio furniture.

Villa Semeli was lovely it had everything you could ever need home from home. The housekeeper was such a lovely lady and kept the Villa and pool area spotless she couldna€™t do enough for you, worth her weight in gold.A hamper was there on on arrival with some lovely products to see us through for a couple of days which was greatly appreciated. The owners called in just to make sure everything was ok, very nice people.

The booking through Agni was very easy & straight forward, asked a couple of questions via their on line chat and it was prompt and answered throughly, the information given was very comprehensive providing everything youa€™d need, will definitely use Agni again. The Villa was spotless an excellent job by the cleaner (sorry cana€™t remember her name) and the bottle of wine & biscuits was a lovely touch. She also popped in during the week just to make sure everything was fine which was also a nice touch. Also the pool was cleaner every morning by the pool cleaner man who came in early so not disturb our use of the pool, also he kept the garden in a lovely condition. The Villa is in a lovely position close to mini market & a lovely bakery (cakes to die for ) and only a 20 minute walk to the sea front with its great selection of tavernas .

Overall wonderful location with all amenities close at hand made for a very relaxing holiday. Ada the cleaner was lovely and popped in at the start and end of our stay to check on us. What a lovely lady. Thank you.

The location and Villa Semeli are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to almost everything: local places to visit, restaurants, tavernas, bars...You need only a 10-minute drive to Skala and to a wide selection of bars, cafes restaurants, and shops. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 15-20 minute drive you can reach Poros and Lourdata where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... We tried great Greek specialties (Moussaka, Pastitsio, Soutzoukakia...) there. Most of the time we enjoyed at Katelios and Paralia Kaminia Beach and entrained ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. We found the people of Katelios very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...).

We are glad that we choose to stay in Villa Semeli. The house has 2 very cozy rooms, with clean bathrooms and a spacious well-equipped kitchen. Lovely to sit out at the terrace and relax with a glass of wine. Almost everything is in the vicinity of walking distance...beach, restaurants, bars, but still in a calm neighborhood. During our stay, we visited Skala, Poros, and Vlachata and tried the most delicious specialties in the whole Kefalonia. Most of our time we spend at Katelios Beach ... sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Kefalonia has become one of my favorite travel destinations and we will be back soon! Highly recommend this villa and company!

We have booked Villa Semeli at least 3 times, now for 2 weeks and each time it makes for a thoroughly enjoyable 2nd home for me and my family. Its really close to local restaurants/bars and most important to the best sandy Katelios Beach(10-15 min walk/3 min drive). It has a great private outdoor space for relaxing by the pool which is perfect for a quick dip to cool down. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms making it more than comfortable for my family. There is a big balcony upstairs with beautiful natural scenic views. We will miss that perfect sunset views and the memorable holiday there. All in all an excellent villa which I can highly recommend.

The villa is perfectly located.The grounds are well kept and very beautiful Ada the house keeper ensures the villa is spotless and that you have everything you need. She also helps with advice and speaks good English. Perhaps the spiral staircase would be difficult for the elderly or infirm.

We had a lovely holiday even though the weather was not great. There was an issue with some inconsiderate neighbours, but this was quickly sorted out by your team after the neighbour on the other side contacted you.

Excellent villa in a really good location. Katelios exceeded our expectations with lovely restaurants. Also enjoyed the beach at Skala along with its numerous bars and restaurants. Boat trip to Fiscardo a real must too.

Wonderful holiday-our first, but not our last to katelios. Villa had the all space that we as a family of 4 needed. The spiral staircase took some getting used to. Lovely setting and the pool was fantastic. Excellent communication from Agni travel. Well organised and as described. Thanks.

Once again I had the most enjoyable and relaxing holiday in Kefalonia. The cleanliness of the Villa on arrival was to very high standards. Aida was there to welcome me with her normal cheeriness and is always pleased to see me as a returning customer ( I have been visiting since 2012). Nothing is ever too much for Aida. She even brought me and the neighbouring villas lemons from her garden for us to enjoy. She is amazing. Already counting down to my next stay at the end of August.

This is our second time using Agni Villas and I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking to go on a villa holiday, the villa and the area of Katelios are superb

My daughter my grandson (7) and myself had another wonderful holiday in katelios and apart from the few things listed above everything was perfect. We have just spent a fantastic week at Villa Semeli. The accommodation was excellent, very clean, well-equipped and great position. Booking through Agni Travel was very straightforward. So good we extended our stay Looks as good as in the photos Property in very good condition. The cleaner does an excellent service and is a wealth of information.

We enjoyed a really good holiday. Ada the lady who comes to clean is brilliant. She is friendly and helpful and also does a great job.

We had an excellent week in Cephalonia in Katelios. The villa was in a very good location just a short walk to the village centre and variety of sea side restaurants. Having the mini market and tavern so close was also a welcome bonus.The car hire was very good also we were greeted on arrival and there were no hidden costs.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Villa Semeli and would not hesitate to return. We enjoyed the walk to and from Katelios on an evening and thought that the villa was ideally placed to benefit from peace and quiet yet still having the amenities of the village close by. Very relaxing. The setting and quality of the villa was excellent.

The villa was very comfortable and well thought out with access to the pool and sun area from both the lounge and lower level kitchen.The villa is spacious and very well appointed and the air-conditioning is a real bonus. A delightful villa in a lovely part of the island with a comfortable stroll to all the lovely beach-side tavernas. A magnificent example of a treasure that is far enough from the village to feel secluded yet near enough to feel a part of it.We will be returning next year Excellent and comprehensive description of both the villa and local amenities.

I found this villa by chance and we had a fabulous holiday. The situation was idyllic with views of the mountains and the standard of equipment and dcor was really good. The maid Aarder was fantastic and made sure we wanted for nothing. She was a breath of fresh air. Overall I would recommend this villa to anybody who asks. Your company were also brilliant. thanks

Lovely villa fantastic location

Villa Semeli was an attractive property albeit a little on the small side for us. It was well-prepared for our visit was very clean on arrival and throughout the holiday thanks to the daily maid service. The villa had high-quality appliances cutlery and crockery which was really appreciated. The villa was ideally situated for walking to the local facilities of Katelios and for easy car travel to Skala Argostoli and Lassi. It was very peaceful but not secluded and you could easily walk to tavernas pool bars mini-markets bread shop etc and the beachbeach bars were also within easy walking distance. The grounds were level with steps into the villa but we did feel that the internal staircase would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. I would definitely book with Agni Travel again and would certainly be happy to choose a villa in the same area as it was very convenient and not even too far from the airport. Despite the villa being smaller than anticipated I would stay there again as it was otherwise faultless. Would definitely recommend to others.
