Beautiful views in a lovely outdoor setting providing lots of options for seating both in and out of the sun. Well maintained gardens providing fresh lemons and rosemary for cooking and gin and tonic!!! Cosy living space with reliable air conditioning, Wi-Fi has been mainly good with lots of use by the younger generations!!!! Local village of Kefalas provided 2 options for eating out, easily walkable with a 2 mini markets to choose from which enabled is to shop for essentials. A supermarket was only accessible with either a taxi or a hire car thought as was more choice for eating out if desired. Despite having neighbours the villa was still very private. The cleaner visited 2 times over the fortnight to replace linen and towels and a general clean. We had a couple of issues that were promptly dealt with sing the Agni travel chat function, we were very impressed with this. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The property was excellent and gave us a good base for the week to explore the local area.

We were looking for a relaxing stay that this lovely property had provided us with and we are looking forward to our next stay here. Nice view of the mountain and the small village. We really enjoyed in the outdoor space around the pool. Villa was very nice and cozy. What we really liked the most is the surrounding area ( peaceful, natural landscape, hiking trails, etc.) but still, it was very close to Almyrida (10 mins drive), with lots of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops within easy reach. The nearest beach (Omprogialos), which is very close, is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. Overall, it was a pleasant holiday for us. Thank you for looking after us. We are already planning our next stay at the villa.

The location and the villa are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to almost everything: local places to visit, restaurants, tavernas, bars...I think that the pictures accurately reflect the property. The outside and pool area were magnificent and we all had our own privacy given the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms. This is the first holiday we have had when we have not visited hotel resorts- and it was great to have ended up at such a well-thought-out and well-cared-for property. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the pool. The children loved the pool and terrace and played there almost all day which in turn gave us a break too! We also visited Plakka and Kalyves and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

We have just returned from an excellent and very relaxing holiday at Ekklisies Tria Villa. The Villa is very comfortable. Air Conditioning in all bedrooms. Well, equipped kitchen and utility rooms and great pool area outside. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and enjoyed a nice time there: having meals, playing cards, enjoying gatherings with our friends...The pool was lovely and perfect temperature in August...Kefalas has 4-5 nice tavernas only within a short walking distance. We tried nice tasty local food there and found the people of Kefalas and Crete very friendly and hospitable. Nice relaxed holiday overall. Already booked Ekklisies Tria Villa for next year.

I cant say enough about Ekklisies Tria Villa and its secluded location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The villa and Kefalas were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches nearby and also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes walk from the villa. The place is very charming clean and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Kefalas, Plaka, and Almirida had nice tavernas which are only a short drive away from the villa. We found nice friendly locals there helping us with directions and places to visit. Recommended us to try their local specialties and most important their local wines. Very satisfied with everything, people, place, and the villa. Working with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

The location fully met our desires to where we could do day trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the private pool and more local things to do. Set in beautiful countryside, the villa was very comfortable and private. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces both around the BBQ/patio area, pool, and terrace! We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Almyrida and Plaka are (both reachable within a short 10-12 minutes drive). Most of our time we spend at Omprogialos and Koutalas beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. The villa is cozy, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

The pool and outdoor room are awesome. Michalis and his wife treated us as close friends and offered us help and suggestions for our sightseeing in Crete. A fantastic holiday with even better customer care from the owner and his team. We had a nice family gathering by the pool and sitting areas.

Even with the one dodgy afternoon with the weather, there was plenty of room for the girls to play card games at the dining table, for the little ones to watch a DVD on the corner sofas, and for myself and my partner to use the other living area to have a quiet 10 minutes. Thank You. Its also safely behind a gate. Again, and overall, we loved our stay at the villa!

Property is in a nice quiet location. Which we like. Definitely need a car to get around. Weather was hot and miss sunny first week, overcast second week. Georgeopolis is a nice place to spend the evening.

Very good, great location, the feature we enjoyed the most was the pool, comfortable size and depth for the areas of our children.

We had an enjoyable holiday in a very good villa. Everything was clean and tidy and we particularly appreciated the change of linen etc, the air-con and a "proper swimming pool", not a paddling pool. I have been impressed with Agni Travel; the web site is easy to use and helpful.

as usual the standard of accommodation was excellent and gave us the opportunity to just relax and enjoy our holiday. Thank you

Lovely holiday Kefalas is a little mountain village where you can really immerse yourself and experience the Cretan culture as you can easily chat to and mingle with the local people. The local taverna is excellent for food and a drink, the food is sourced locally and all organic, the owners are also very welcoming and friendly. We recommend to rent a car as you can travel around to the nearby towns ok Kalevi, Almyrida, Georgiopolis, the beach in Almyrida is lovely and there Is a good choice of restaurants too. We had s great and restful relaxing time in Kefalas and Ekklisies Tria and we will definitely be back

Just returned from two fantastic weeks in Ekklisies tria . Pool was wonderful and our teenage children spent many happy hours lounging and swimming. The villa fitted the description on the website perfectly and was lovely. The gardens and grounds are also beautiful. The village location was handy with a local tavena bar and two mini markets. The villa was a fantastic base to visit some of the local area but also to chill out barbecue and relax. 5 stars to Agni travel and the owner for a very enjoyable holiday.

We had a fantastic holiday in Crete as usual and the villa was wonderful. It was large enough for the four adults and we spent a lot of time in the pool. The pool was huge and deep but this means its not for those who like to touch the bottom and dont swim well - for those who do swim however it is fantastic. The villa was easy enough to find but we did know the town next door quite well. Having a door from the bathroom to garden was excellent as we could walk straight in and shower without getting water all over the house. Our key stopped working the electric whilst we were there and Agni Travel sent someone to replace it within 15 minutes. Excellent service, thanks.

We had a fabulous time in this well equipped villa. In a great location not overlooked the villa and pool were superb. The maid service changed bedding and provided fresh towels every few days which was excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend the villa and Agni Travel.

Enjoyable stay at this well-equipped villa. Lovely views of the mountains and good location on the edge of the village. Excellent taverna within easy walking distance others are a few kilometers away in Vamos or in Georgiopolis. Cleaning was efficient. Good support from Agni Travel. This villa would be ideal for a couple a family or maybe two couples.The pool doesnt have a shallow end and is quite deep (minimum 1.75 m) so this might be of concern to families with small children. Plenty of places to visit within easy reach by car so a good all-round place to stay. Agni Team were responsive when we had queries or problems during our stay. These issues were dealt with quickly.

Lovely villa in a Lovely location. Comfortable and lots of great outside space. Gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The taverna in Kefalas is a real gem. Would definitely recommend the villa and Agni Travel to others.

Great villa in a lovely location.

Everything was just perfect. We loved the villa and the little village Kefalas. Villa and pool were very clean and included everything we needed. This was the first time we used Agni Travel but definitely not last. We loved the fact that we were the only finnish people in the village ) I can warmly recommend the property and the Agni Team.

Very pretty villa and exceeded our expectations. It was clean and tidy, well equipped with kitchen utensils. The enclosed mature gardens were lovely. Though next to a road it had very little traffic so made for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
