It was great.

Excellent, very quiet, lovely crispy white sheets, very clean property all as advertised, good local Tavernas serving local food as well as a good stocked Mini Market.

Will Return again. Super quiet and comfortable Stay.

Villa was clean and well presented. Location is perfect, out the way - but close enough to shops/restaurants and the beach by vehicle. Staff are just a text away if something is needed or not working. I received a response within an hour and the issue fixed within that time also. Highly recommended this Villa. Thank you. Heather

Very nice place with a private pool which is not visible for neighbors, so it is really very private. Nice sea views. Quite short ride to Chania with a car.

Beautiful area, lovely villa. Service staff were friendly and wonderful. Couldnt have been any better.

My wife and I had an extremely enjoyable week at Villa Stratos which was in good order and extremely clean. The Villa is in a great position and has good views over Souda bay the swimming pool is at present not overlooked and is very private but we did notice a property is being built which will overlook the pool when completed. Lastly I would like to compliment Pierre and Jenny who look after the villas as their service was first class and made our stay most enjoyable.

The House is beautiful and the pool was just for us, the people who take care of the villa are very helpful and friendly - the peace and quiet - holiday in paradise - We hope to come back next year. Thanks for a good time

Overall an excellent holiday in a quiet location with lovely views of Souda Bay and the mountains. Great taverna in the square serving home cooked Cretan food. The beach at Kalives is sandy and long with a couple of lovely bars attached to hotels with plenty of sun beds. The ruins at Aptera are a must and a visit to the mountain villages is essential if you want to appreciate fully this part of Crete.

A wonderful place the villa is really perfect with all you can need. The maintenance Is fantastic and the response of it is perfect multilingual even in french (our mother language) very friendly and very discreet. We enjoyed very much in this place. Some restaurants are not far away the small mini market also and the supermarket INKA at 6 Km all is easy. It is a perfect place to start the visit of Chania area and of course to take relax time with the swimming pool. Agni travels organisation is very professional and we will certainly use their services and also to recommend them to all our friends. Perfect maintenance and perfect organisation BRAVO 5 stars

Overall the holiday was excellent The villa is beautiful and comfortable the village welcoming scenery stunning. We love Crete and have been here for the last six years and will definitely be back next year

The Villa was amazing situated in a fantastic location at the top of a hill. Mountains at the back of the Villa amazing to watch how they changed in the different lights through the days. From the garden the most beautiful views of Souda Bay totally stunning. The Villa itself very well equipped. Air Con was a godsend. Lovely swimmimg pool. The owner if you meet him is a lovely chap and our maid was lovely too. Out of the three restaurants our favourites were the two of which did not include (The Cretan Corner - sorry we know for a lot of English tourists this is the favourite ) There is also a lovely cafe called 1912 sells the best iced frappe and Greek coffee as well as providing some delicious snacks.You must make sure you go to Apetera Ruins... closes at 3.00pm so don't miss out.I think a car is definitely needed if you want to sightsee and if you are not walker/hiker. Will be recommending to all my friends and colleagues.

We had a wonderful holiday at villa Stratos. The villa is just perfect, situated in a very quiet and beautiful area.The Agni team is very efficient and very kind (a technical problem with the W/C reported in the afternoon and already solved as we got back from our excursion the same day) and my pair of jeans left behind sent back to Paris very quickly. Its the second time that we plan our holiday with Agni Travel and we are always delighted.

The restaurant down the road was wonderful, a real hidden gem. The food was beautiful. The location of the villa was very good also. The accommodation overall was very good.

Loved it and would recommend it to anyone. I liked the way you used texting to contact. It gave us a contact if necessary and you didnt have to think about phoning.

Overall the villa was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. All administration beforehand and during our stay was excellent including text messages to check everything was ok.The instructions from the airport were really useful to have and helped us a lot. The rest of the villa was as described. The location was quiet and had a great view. The self catering facilities were adequate for what we needed. The pool seemed to be checked every morning (we didn't see anyone but could see the net had been used). Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms which was very welcomed in the July heat. It was easy to get a nice breeze through the living area by opening the doors/windows vents.The villa was clean when we arrived. We walked down the the village most evenings to eat at the local tavernas which were all excellent. Great views along the way. We highly recommend Agni Travel and the villa itself.
