We had a perfect stay in a perfect equipped house. We enjoyed the privacy, the seaview and the quiet atmosphere.

Very comfortable and relaxed holiday, exactly what we needed. The villa was clean and the service was excellent. We were so lucky to have such a wonderful outside area with a private pool!!! We also visited Argostoli, an amazing city where we try some of the best Greek specialties. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone.

Maria Beach House matches all our wants and wishes and we are glad that we stayed there for our holiday. The exterior space is really beautiful and private. The outside area was well planned with an amazing swimming pool. The location was great, within walking distance of the beach. The nearby taverna was nice too. We tried some of the best Greek specialties there. Thank you to the agents, owner, and cleaning staff, who made our holiday unforgettable.

Lovely villa. It was absolutely brilliant. Clean and well-equipped. The outdoor area and the pool were huge. The nearest beach is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. We plan to come back.

Maria Beach House was a little piece of heaven. The villa was perfectly located and of a high standard. The appliances are all new and in excellent condition. Most of our time we spend around the pool or on the beach, which is just 100 meters from the villa. Relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. I highly recommend this villa for your next holiday!

Perfect for a tranquil break and relaxation. It is very cozy and well-equipped. The beds were comfy. There is a surrounding wide terrace which was great for dining and for watching the sunset. The nearby taverna was excellent. If you are looking for a quiet restful holiday in a private villa with a sea view then this is the place for you! All in all very pleased and will definitely book it again.

Loved it! Quiet location, beautiful beaches, sunsets at villa are spectacular. Lots to do if you look for it ....we did a boat trip from lixouri, sea kayaking from argostoli, and rented a motor boat for the day from vatsa beach

The house is very comfortable. Situated right on the beach with beautiful sea views and sunsets. Nice terrace, nice pool. Great restaurants and bars nearby. We had a great time .

Absolutely superb setting in lovely villa.Mention must be made of the incredible care and generosity of the owners during and after cyclone Ianus cannot thank them enough .Would definately return to this property even if just to say thank you again. Steven

Maria Beach House is a wonderful villa in a most fantastic position. The beach is quiet and the waters clear and blue where you can spend hours snorkelling. There are some fabulous tavernas within walking distance including Captain Nicholas which is well worth visiting. Everybody you meet are most welcoming and go the extra mile in everything they do from serving great food to helping with any questions you have. We very much enjoyed our holiday day and hope to return to this beautiful place one day.

Great location. Beautiful sunsets from pool area of the Maria villa. We had cars which I would recommend if staying at the villa so can easily explore the island.

Ita€™s our fourth or fifth visit so ita€™s clear we love it here! Excellent location, staff are lovely , always friendly and welcoming and happy to help. We need to work while we are at the villa and so wi fi is essential for us and this year it seemed to be weaker than usual and made work difficult . But this is the only minor issue we had . Apart from that it was all good.

All the people at Remetzo were extremely pleasant and helpful. It was wonderful that towels were changed every day and that bedding was also changed during our stay. Special thanks to both Elenis (chef and cleaner). Such lovely people and so accommodating. This was our second visit to Vrahinari and we shall definitely be back. Wonderful location for those of us who don't want an over-commercialised holiday but with all the facilities on hand.

Fabulous villa and location

Generally excellent lovely setting very peaceful. Very friendly service. We had a great stay. Thank you. The property and surroundings were actually better than the website suggested.

With the sea on your doorstep and several beaches and tavernas withing walking (or swimming) distance we had a fantastic time. A beautiful place and perfect for a carefree holiday - easy to get the ferry over to Argostoli if you want to explore the island but plenty of little neighbouring beaches up the coast if you want to stay more local. Would be quite happy to book this villa again - no real need to venture anywhere else if you just want to relax A really lovely little villa with a perfect location. Everything as described the maid service was SO efficient and friendly.

We all had a lovely holiday, the villa and the location was excellent. The villa was really clean when we arrived and the towels were changed regularly. The 3 restaurants that were within walking distance were all very good. If you want a quiet holiday, nice food, good weather and a lovely location then Maria Beach is just the place.

Everything was perfect Many thanks to the whole Agni Travel team to Eos Travel to the cleaning team who cared about our vacation home in an exemplary manner. Also thanks to Makis for the cars. Very good accommodation in an excellent location.

Maria Beach House is a lovely place to stay if you want a very relaxed and laid back holiday. The Taverna next door (Remetzo) is excellent and they are really helpful. We had two young children with us so they would bring food across to us in the evenings so we could have a bit of grown-up eating time The daily clean and bed-making service was great. Vatsa beach, a 10 mins walk has another fabulous taverna.There are other sandy beaches in easy driving distance though. Amazing view and sunset from the house.

We had the most fantastic time. In our 20 years of villa holidays we have never experienced such a good maid service. I would not hesitate to recommend Kephalonia Maria Beach House, thank you Agni Travel.
