We stayed 10 days at Villa Marina and had a great time. Very clean and quiet! We loved all the amenities. The children loved the pool and terrace and played there almost all day which in turn gave us a break too! Hired a car for 5 days but if you dont want to, there is all you need in Minies Argostoli. Fantastic holiday and will be returning with family and friends again.

The villa was very well equipped and a cleaner came twice during our stay. The ladies were very friendly and did a great job. Nice and spacious outside area with a private pool and terrace. Everyone in Minies Argostoli was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We would all certainly have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

The villa had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The pool and the terrace were fabulous. Housekeeping, WiFi, washing machine, barbecue, and DVD player were of great value for us as a family. We also visited Argostolion and Lourdata and spent a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. A nice holiday overall. We will be returning.

We had a very great holiday; we have been out of the villa a lot to different places of Kefalonia. But when we were in the house, it was very nice place.

Everything was perfect.

The whole experience was great. No problems with anything whatsoever. Found the people really friendly and helpful. The whole week was hassle free. We are already looking to come back next year. Hopefully wea€™ll be able to stay at the same villa. It was perfect.

Brilliant holiday and gorgeous weather. Kefalonia is like paradise in my opinion. Only downside to the holiday was the airport in Leeds, UK. Just ridiculously busy and it was a relief to get to Kefalonia. The villa we stayed at was spacious and bright. Overall the villa was lovely and the owners were very nice. They came to greet us with a bottle of Greek wine, which was nice. The maintenance/cleaning could have been better. The villa and owners deserve better Im sorry to say. The choice of places to eat it endless and the traditional Greek tavernas, serve some exquisite food. The beaches and sunsets are priceless. The family and I cant wait to come to Kefalonia again!

It has been a fantastic holiday. The villa is beautiful and the pool superb. Kefalonia is a beautiful place and everyone has been friendly and kind. We shall definitely return.

The house is very well equipped. The location is excellent, a few minutes from the airport and a quarter of an hour from Argostoli. Most of the important places on the island are less than an hours drive. The host came on several occasions to ask us if everything was OK and he was very attentive to me. The pool we loved, it has sun all day long. We will not hesitate to choose this villa if we return to Kefalonia. We appreciate having been so attentive to us when we came to ask several times if everything was fine. It was a very nice detail also to give a bottle of Kefalonia wine. We have been very comfortable in your house and do not hesitate to choose it again if we return on another occasion.

Everything was perfect!! We had a wonderful holiday . The island is so beautiful and villa Marina was so lovely . Our children loved the pool and everything was perfect. We will certainly come again and we would recommend Agni Travel to our friends. Thank you for everything!!

Great family holiday, beautiful villa and swimming pool, loved by both adults and kids. Very near the airport but aircraft noise hardly noticeable, a massive positive however , in that we were settled into the villa and in the pool in less than half an hour after getting off the plane. Beautiful island with friendly welcoming people.

Excellent all round for everything!

Excellent villa in a great location for travelling around the island. We were just two visitors but if there were 8, as advertised, 2 people would sleep on a sofa bed in the lounge . Also, comfortable lounge furniture is only provided for 4 people ( 2 two-seater sofas).

Villa was absolutely fantastic couldn't have wanted more.bedrooms and bedding were spotless. Well equipped kitchen.outside areas and views from villa were amazing. The pool is lovely and well maintained.we all had a fantastic time and didn't want to leave. We would recommend villa marina to family and friends and we're looking forward to going back in the near future.

What a beautiful villa and pool. We loved our stay at Villa Marina and had a lovely chilled out relaxing stay for a week. The place felt like a real home from home. As others have pointed out it is a close proximity to the airport (3 mins drive if that) which initially made us hesitate booking it initially. However the airport isnt visible from the pool or upstairs balcony and didnt obstruct our views of the sea. The planes take off and land parallel to the sea but thankfully dont fly over the house at any point. In total we heard around 8-10 flights on the busiest day and only 3-4 on the quiet days so we barely noticed it. The fact that the airport was so close actually proved to be a bonus as we were able to clear customs pick up our car hire and check in at the house so quickly that we were in the pool within 20 mins of landing Perfect if you are only staying for a week. The decor and finish of the villa was to a very high standard. Weve stayed self catering in Greece before and the kitchens and toilets can sometimes be a let down but not here. The place was spacious (for just the two of us) and we had a very relaxing stay. The pool was huge and clean the garden was lovely and the sun terrace (accessible from the twin bedroom) was a fantastic sun trap and a great place to watch the sun set. Highly recommended

Our stay here was amazing villa marina is beautiful. The house and pool are of a excellent size and I would definitely recommend staying here. The owner of the villa popped by with a bottle of wine to welcome us which was very kind.The villa is very close to the airport actually easily within walking distance. Although we wasn't disturbed by any noise.There is a bus stop and supermarket a short walk away.

Better than perfect cant wait to return next year wouldnt change a thing. The seating area on balcony off twin room was a wonderful early evening haven cooler breeze than around pool area just about see the sunset. This area does not get much of a mention but is totally a massive selling point. Some comments mention proximity to airport ......... From our point of view this should definitely be a plus point. We were able to arrange with the owner a later check out which made us be able to have a full last day stroll down the hill and check in it couldn't be in a better position and noise is definitely not a problem flights are minimal and as mentioned by someone else its not exactly Heathrow. I would say that though a car is essential there is not a lot in the way of restaurants in the area plenty of bar, cafe food options by the airport. A villa holiday is a self catering holiday and I feel a car is essential to get the essentials needed for such. Car rental options are plentiful within a 5 min walk back towards the airport. The island is just spectacular so the car wouldn't be a waste of.

We loved Cephalonia and the Villa was beautiful. Would highly recommend a stay.The island is beautiful and the people are friendly. Christos the owner was very hospitable - he popped over with a bottle of wine and some extra bits like dishwasher tablets and towels and things we asked for which was not necessary for him to do but was very kind of him.Make sure you hire a car or a jeep and visit Myrtos Assos Fiscardo and Lourdata. Argostoli is the closest town and a good place to shop and eat plus of course see the turtles. Of course this is hard to do when you have a beautiful home and pool to enjoy and relax by so make sure you allow enough time to do both. One of my favourite Ionian Islands so far and Ill definitely be returning with friends and staying in Villa Marina again. Really great service great people very professional and friendly and would highly recommend and will use you again next year wherever we decide to go possibly Corfu next year or another Ionian Island if you have any recommendations.

We had a lovely time and really enjoyed the tranquility of Villa Marina. It was out first villa holiday and will not be our last at Villa Marina.

The holiday was excellent. We thought the property was of a very high standard. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and made use of the outside seating and lounging facilities. The extensive grounds were very well maintained and a pleasure to look at and enjoy. The position and location of the house was great as beaches, shops, petrol station and shopping areas were all in easy reach. Your description was very accurate and yet we were still blown away by how wonderful the property and facilities were.

Wonderful island, wonderful property, delicious food, we loved the beaches and the BBQ at the property, while the kids loved the pool! Owner very prompt and helpful Agni Travel Team too!

The villa stay was part of our massive 6 week European Adventure. We had an absolutely amazing time staying at the Villa made even better when the rest of our family turned up for the week. We will more than likely be returning in two years on our next Great European Adventure.

My wife and I had a most enjoyable time at the Villa Marina and thought Kefalonia was a beautiful unspoilt Greek Island. We also found the local people extremely friendly and welcoming as we have found on other Greek Islands we have visited over the years. We hope to return in the very near future.
