Good sized villa with a generous sized pool in the quiet village of Kefalas. Both villa and pool were spotless. Communication with Agni was simple via email with quick response.

The location fully met our desires to where we could do day trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the private pool and more local things to do. Set in beautiful countryside, the villa was very comfortable and private. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces both around the BBQ, pool, and terrace! We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Kefalas, Vamos, and Paleloni are (reachable within a short 5-10 minutes drive). Most of our time we enjoyed ourselves at the local Omprogialos beach. Nice sunsets and great leisure time spend there. The villa is cozy, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with my family. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing in the day and evening by the pool. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. The villa and Kefalas were perfect for my family. We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Vamos, Chania, and local villages are. We enjoyed tasting their local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Overall the villa is spotless, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

Great holiday in a lovely little village

Very comfortable accommodation. Close to the village centre but with good level of privacy.

We had a very nice stay at the house, lovely swimming pool. Twice new sheets and towels in 12 days so that was very well.

We really liked the property which was spacious and had a large swimming pool. We also liked the fact that it was very close to the tavernas while being quiet at the same time.

We did have a lovely time here however, the pool was great a good size and really clean. The mid week cleaner was an unexpected bonus, with change of sheets, the provision of some wine, water, butter, bread etc was well received. The outside area was perfect and the location in the village fantastic. We loved the tavernas being in walking distance and were pleasantly surprised by the level of village activities and parties, Beautiful location with white mountains and the sea within driving distance. It was great to have towels both shower and beach provided. The fridge was a great size, cooker easy to work. I loved the view from our bedroom and it was a good location to explore the island from.

The villa is charming. Very close to tavernas. Very quiet at night. Excellent pool. Just loved it. Would love to stay again but the world is a big place. Excellent service from the team back in the UK.

Nice villa, well appointed in the quiet and original Cretan village of Kefalas. Ideal for some relaxing holidays and as a basis for touring around.

My Husband and I enjoyed our vacation at Villa Maro. Kefalas is full of history. We enjoyed the local restaurants and loved that we were able to find Bio-organic food and vegetables at the local super market. In order to learn more about this town and its history we advice to rent a car. We will see you again Vila Maro...........

We had an excellent holiday and would recommend Agni Travel to our friends and family if asked, village of Kefalas is lovely, may just need a car if wanting to tour around the island. Tavernas and mini markets very friendly. Just a lovely place to relax which we did .

From the moment we arrived and opened the door to Villa Maro, we were made to feel special! This was simpy Crete Amazing! A villa that takes a great 5 star villa to anothe ‘incredible’ level!!! It is one of our long lasting memories! We were so lucky to find it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Maro. Arriving tired and late at night, we got misled by Google Maps incorrect location of Villa Maro in Kefalas but Maddy in the local taverna pointed us in the right direction. We should have followed the driving instructions! Everything in the villa was as expected with a few nice welcome items. I would say it is nicer and bigger than the pictures show, especially the lovely garden below the pool. We did have an issue with the aircon in one bedroom, which Agni helped fix reasonably quickly. A car is a must unless you plan to stay in the nice, sleepy village of Kefalas for your whole stay.

We had a lovely time at Villa Maro. The villa is well equipped and very clean. Everything works and the pool is very nice and clean. The area is quiet but very charming and there are two tavernas and two small supermarkets very close by. The villa is ideal for a familiy with children although the pool is not fenced. It wasent a problem for us though. The terrace and barbecue is great and we ate some great meals at home.

We had fun exploring the island but always looked forward to coming back to our quiet little oasis. We absolutely loved our stay in this villa and it was exactly what we needed. Would gladly recommend this villa to anyone.

The property Is very very good for groups. We reccomended it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Kefalas is a lovely village with a couple of good restaurants with the added bonus of live music courtesy of the ex-pats. Also liked Vamos and went to eat there a couple of times. Slightly disappointed with the beaches but very happy indeed with the pool and the villa. Thank you for providing a professional and reliable service-we would use Agni Travel again without hesitation.
