Despite the weather we had a wonderful stay. Like last year again it was very good.

Like last time the house was perfect, fully equipped. Delicious food in the taverna. Beautiful environment, nice and quiet.

A great Villa in a fantastic location. Vatalos Taverna is the best place to eat in the region and only a stones throw away. Spiros and his family are splendid hosts.

It was a very nice place to stay. Nice, that we had both the sunrise and sunset. The house was perfect for 4 people, and the hosts were very kind and helpful to us. It was nice that we could easily get in contact, just walking to the restaurant, which they owned. Had a very nice week there. Will definitely recommend the place.

The location is absolutely pristine. Property is gorgeous and Spiross hospitality is perfect.

sehr schone Villa, toller Pool (1,70m tief), ruhig gelegen zwischen Berge und Meer. Zum Strand und zu einer Taverne 3 min fu?laufig entfernt, Supermarkt (10min zu Fu?), Imbrosschlucht (15min mit Auto), Plakias (1h mit dem Auto). Besitzer sehr freundlich. Michael

We had a real nice stay in the area, we followed your advise to say hello to Spiros at the Taverna Vatalos, we werde offered a frappA© from the house. The key was in the locker as advised, the description to find the villa was perfect. There is no noise whatsoever, only the sound of waves and wind. We decided to make half home cooking and half eating out. The Akrotiro Vatalos bay is well situated for excursions to Chora Sfakia, Frangokastello and Plakias. Many supermarkets and tavernas in the neighborhood. A car is useful. The beach in front is a bit rocky, but you can go to Frangokastello and get sunbeds on a sandy beach. We would return at any time .

We enjoyed our stay very much. We are returning guests, and it says all. We can recommend the accommodation for a relaxing and calm holiday. It is a perfect place for recreation.

Had a great time at Spiros Beach. Wonderful and quiet place with amazing views: snowy (!) mountain tops to your right, clear blue sea to your right. Enjoyed every minute.

We had a very pleasant stay and have no complaints. We would however suggest from a self catering point that 2 saucepans and a frying pan could be enhanced

perfect get away holiday, perfect recreation, great location for the ones who seek peace and freedom during holidays. It is really a place to return to. Beautiful view, all comforts. This place is for recreation, not for lot of action and party. The nearby beach is well maintained and offers a beautiful view of the Frangokastello fortress. Highly recommendable.

Very nice. It could be mentionned (for people with young children) that there is no way in the pool where you can put your feet if you are under 1,65m tall.

We loved staying at villa Spiros. The area is rugged and unspoilt. The family run taverna served excellent food and our hosts made us very welcome. The air conditioning is quiet and efficient.

Great place to get away from it all. Fantastic taverna and beach within walking distance. We spent many a day just lazing by the pool with the White Mountains as a back drop which are absolutely breath taking. Great for families of all ages.

For a relaxing break the villa and area were perfect. Great beaches close by mountain walks and two or three options for a day out.Spiros and Theo were lovely people and made us feel most welcome. Their food in the Taverna was some of the best we have ever had and we have been going to Greece for over thirty years now. Please thank them from all of us for a terrific holiday and let them know we plan to be back with my daughter her husband and family in the bigger villa within a couple of years.

We had a really good time at Spiros Villa in Frangokastello. The villa is of a high standard and the food at the taverna was very good indeed.

It was our second visit to Spiros Villa and we were not disappointed in our expectation of having a quiet relaxing holiday. The villa is private, great pool, fantastic local taverna where the cooking is done by the owners Mother. The area is not overdeveloped which suited us but, plenty of local supermarkets and nearby small towns for supplies. The owners are very welcoming and attentive and overall it ticks all the boxes we want for a very enjoyable holiday at a very reasonable cost.

Beautiful area, it was a pleasure to sit outside the villa and look at the beautiful sea and mountains. A perfect area for total relaxation away from stress and distractions. Everything we needed was provided and it was good to go out and enjoy meals at the taverna rather than having to cook. Thank you. Description very accurate, villa clean and comfortable, everyone was very welcoming and helpful.

We would recommend this holiday home to anyone. The service was excellent both from Agni Travel and Spiros and his family.

Nice location and views to the sea and the mountains. Very large and beautiful garden and pool.

Spiros Beach Villa was ideal for our family - we wanted somewhere quiet with a few local tavernas within a few mins drive (one is a 3 min walk) where we could see the sea.The south side of the island seems very relaxed and quiet perfect for a young family. The villa is very well designed and presented with comfy beds and furniture and the pool area was fab, one thing to note is that there is no shallow end if anyone in your party is nervous of water.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was great. It was nice and quiet and like last year we enjoyed the swimming pool. The meals at the tavern were delicious.

If you really want to relax come to this place with magnificent views to the mountains and over the sea. Something special in this region is the really green garden with trees palms and grass. The views from every window in the house are wonderful.Our family had a real good time and we will come back.

The photos didnt do the villa justice - it was very comfortable for us as a family of five and was bigger than it looked. We were welcomed with bread wine and tomatoes in the fridge from Spiros - even a little bottle of ouzo. What more could you need!
