Best holiday ever! Liked that it was clean, well-equipped, and close to everything. The villa is spacious and well laid out with plenty of space for 7 people. Most of the time we spent around the pool and on the balcony while enjoying the evening sea breeze. Situated in the nicest neighborhood of Argaka it takes only a short walk to get to almost everything: beach, restaurants, and bars. We highly recommend this villa to everyone!

Really great villa. The living area was very spacious and the bedrooms so comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils that you could need. The outside area was well planned with an amazing swimming pool. There were no issues and the property met and even surpassed our expectations in some areas. Thank you very much!!!

This villa is set in an absolutely beautiful location near to the sea. The location is very quiet and private and you are not overlooked. All the bedrooms, the kitchen/dining room, lounge, and other amenities were just perfect. The villa itself has everything you need for a relaxing getaway holiday. We have visited many different villas in Cyprus over the past 8 years but the Villa Aspelia is definitely the best. We have already booked for July and September next year. There are several restaurants, tavernas, and bars nearby (within 3 min drive). Also, near to other local shops and a bakery for day-to-day supplies and close to Argaka. You need only a 3-8 minutes drive to Argaka/Polis and to a wide selection of bars, cafes restaurants, and shops. Great holiday at Villa Aspelia. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...)

We spend our holidays in this house for several years (sometimes 2 times per year). Its every time like coming home. We love the house (in- and outside) and the location. There is no noise and right across you are at the sandy beach. Argaka and Polis are great places, almost all the time we were outside exploring the area and enjoyed the tasty food at the local restaurants. You have to try the Cypriot cuisine while you are there. Its the perfect place for a relaxed holiday. WE WILL COME BACK!

Really great villa (as always) and the location was quiet and with beautiful views. Villa Aspelia had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Argaka is very close and offers a great time to spend: food tasting, entraining, sunbathing, boat renting, etc. The people are soooo friendly. What a fab time, we had a perfect villa and even more perfect views. The villa had absolutely everything we needed and was very clean. Likewise, the outside areas were well maintained and the pool very clean. The views from the terrace and pool area over the beach were amazing and we enjoyed the cool sea breeze while having dinner on the upper balcony. We had meals in most of the tavernas in Pomos and Polis, we would recommend you pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. Lastly, thank you Beach Villas for organizing a perfect holiday. We cannot thank you enough, everything went to plan. No problems with the villa or pool, everything was excellent. Could not fault Beach Villas at all, everything went smoothly and we appreciated the text message keeping in contact even though we did not need to call

The villa is perfectly positioned right next to the sea and within walking distance to several restaurants, particularly the excellent Santa Barbara Beach Restaurant. The villa itself is spacious and there are several areas to dine inside and out depending on sun and shade. Beds are comfortable and there's lots of cupboard and hanging space. The pool and surrounding patio are divine. What a great holiday.

We were surprised when we arrived ... Thank you for allowing us to have a pleasant stay.
