If you are looking for a quiet restful holiday in a private villa with perfect sea views then this is the place for you! It really was a great stay, lovely to be able to stay somewhere so nice and comfortable. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location, near to the beach. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing there during the whole day and waited the moment to see the most beautiful sunset views from there. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-15 minute drive you are at Latchi, Polis, and Argaka where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... We tried great local specialties (Souvlaki, Moussaka, Koulouri...) there. Most of our time we spent at Argaka Sandy beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. All in all an excellent place and villa which we can highly recommend.

We had the most amazing time in this villa! The villa and surroundings are exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had before our holiday. The property felt very secluded and quiet. The property was also well maintained and clean. The nearest beach, which is very close, is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. The villa itself has a grand feel while still being very comfortable. It had everything you would need and more. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used the barbecue most of the time. As we went out and explored the island and beaches almost every day, the location was perfect as it put us in close proximity to everything. The agents and staff of Agni were very nice and helpful and helped us with everything during the whole process. If youd like to enjoy some peace and quiet with warm sun and beautiful waters, this is the place to go! We are already planning our next trip to Cyprus and would definitely recommend Villa Zinia!

What a fab time, we had a perfect villa and even more perfect views. The villa had absolutely everything we needed and was very clean. Likewise, the outside areas were well maintained and the pool very clean. The views from the pool over the beach were amazing and we enjoyed the cool sea breeze while having dinner at the terrace. We had meals in most of the tavernas in Latchi and Polis, we would recommend you pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. Lastly, thank you Beach Villas for organizing a perfect holiday. We cannot thank you enough, everything went to plan. No problems with the villa or pool, everything was excellent. Could not fault Beach Villas at all, everything went smoothly and we appreciated the text message keeping in contact even though we did not need to call.

At the end we had a very nice vacation, the view was just perfect and the Villa very great. The location of the villa is nice, in 10minutes of driving we had good supermarkets and restaurants. The sea was just 1minute of walking and the beach is also very nice and sandy, on one day there were some other people on the beach, but all the other time our group was the only group in sight at the beach. Perfect Holiday in this Villa. Artem

We stayed here last year. And are already planning to stay again. The property and location is wonderful especially walking alone the beach to the nearby tavernas. This is the Cyprus we should keep to ourselves!

Wonderful location right next to the beach. Enjoyed walks along beach to nearby Tavernas. Manager Stathis was a Gem; even brought us firelights for the BBQ! Pool nice and private and we felt so special having it all to ourselves! Thank you so much!!!
