Villa Rentals in Skala

The pretty village of Skala is set above a very long golden beach on the southernmost tip of Kefalonia. Skala's Blue Flag beach has 3km of sand and shingle beach backed by a small wood of pine trees. There are cafes and snack bars alongside the beach and a water sports centre offering an array of water sports and fun rides. Sunbeds and sun umbrellas are also available for hire. If you prefer more seclusion, quieter areas can be found by walking along the shoreline. At the southern end of the beach there are rocks which are great for snorkeling and caves to explore with secluded sandy coves. A water taxi operates between Skala, Poros and Katelios and there are daily cruises to to local beaches, to Fiscardo and over to the neighbouring island of Ithaca.
