The villa is a two-story traditional stone building with attractive and possessing charm due to its location and unique breath-taking gardens. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room with a sitting area connected with a fully equipped kitchen and one family bathroom. The first floor consists of six bedrooms (four with double bed and ensuite bathrooms and two with twin beds, one with ensuite bathroom). In addition to the lovely gardens, there is a private swimming pool with sunbeds, a sheltered BBQ area, and private off-road parking. All this is combined with beautiful Tuscan courtyard views.

We did some hiking and other activities during our stay there and our family had a wonderful time together. We kept visiting near places (Piancastagnaio, Orvieto, and Acquapendente) during our stay and enjoyed the food at local restaurants there. The pool was clean and a great size with plenty of space around to get the sun and a large covered area if you prefer less sun. The outside garden area was a PLUS, our kids used it as a home playground and also liked the pool area. We also visited Bolsena and enjoyed ourselves at the lake-Lago di Bolsena. We found people at Trevinano to be very friendly and nice. We enjoyed their hospitality and their help in pointing out the directions, places to visit, and what local specialties to try. Overall we enjoyed our holiday at Villa Il Giulione and we are planning to visit Trevinano next year as well.

Its stunning scenery, amazing views and it is the most peaceful place I have ever visited. Clean, private, and comfortable villa with rustic-traditional decorations. The rooms are comfortable and have lots of storage. Couldnt fault the villa at all. Outside very specious courtyard with a great pool and garden area. We visited Radicofani, Acquapendente, and Lago di Bolsena a couple of times and really enjoyed tasting delicious Italian specialties in local restaurants there. Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

Lovely holiday in beautiful surroundings. This lovely country-style home was comfortable and very tidy. The pool was very big in size and lovely with all the beautiful greenery and colorful flowers. The scenery was lovely and the sunsets were absolutely stunning. Very peaceful and yet nearby lovely places to visit. I will definitely be back to this getaway paradise.

Tuscany has a long history with a beautiful landscape. Being in Tuscany you can not miss the Italian specialties. Enjoyed the wines and pizza restaurants. There is a lot that Tuscany has to offer. The villa is surrounded by lots of greenery which makes the villa feel cool. It is very comfortably furnished and every one of us was enjoying it. Unique, a well-kept villa and has good features.

The tasteful decor and comfort of this villa are excellent. The owner warmly welcomed us and that was the start of a pleasant time in the villa. the view of the vineyards, the abundance of greenery we have gratefully used to recover from the busy life.
