We had a wonderful stay watching the sheep and working dogs, sunsets, playing in the pool, and cooking dinner. I think the owners could do better at preparing the home for stays, better communication for how to use the house facilities.

The villa is surrounded by a lot of green. It was really well cleaned when we arrived and smelt so good. The kitchen had all the utensils that we could need. It was a really great experience to have a private pool in these surroundings and to have a chance to relax in your own private villa. The scenery is lovely and the sunsets are absolutely stunning. I would recommend staying there for sure.

What a fab time, we had a perfect villa and even more perfect views. The villa had absolutely everything we needed and was very clean. Likewise, the outside areas were well maintained and the pool very clean. The views from the pool over the natural landmark were amazing and we enjoyed the breeze while having dinner at the terrace. We had meals in mostly in local restaurants in Sarteano and Cetona, we would recommend you pop in there and taste the most delicious Italian specialties. Lastly, thank you Beach Villas for organizing a perfect holiday. We cannot thank you enough, everything went to plan. No problems with the villa or pool, everything was excellent. Could not fault Beach Villas at all, everything went smoothly and we appreciated the text message keeping in contact even though we did not need to call
